DC8: Multi-band channel analysis for accurate JCAS
Task: Multi-band channel analysis for accurate JCAS (WP3)
Host institution: KU Leuven
Country: Belgium
Supervisor: Prof. S. Pollin [KU Leuven]
Co-supervisors: Dr. Yang Miao [KU Leuven]; Dr. W. Nitzold [NI]
Objectives: To develop techniques to match the channel observation across different bands; To exploit the feature richness of multi-band sensing to detect minute changes of the environment; To exploit federated learning for low-overhead and accurate model training.
Expected Results: Accurate estimation of multipath channel parameters is achieved; large-scale model training techniques are designed that do not require sending large volumes of raw CSI.
