Aymen Hamrouni is a Ph.D. researcher at the WaveCore group within the Department of Electrical Engineering (ESAT) at KU Leuven, Belgium. His research within the 6 th Sense project
focuses on enabling cooperative processing in non-coherent network systems to achieve accurate multi-target and area sensing, advancing the capabilities of next-generation wireless networks.
He earned a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering (Hons.) from KAUST in 2023 and a Diplome d’Ingénieur (summa cum laude) in Telecommunication Engineering from
SUP’COM in 2019. Aymen previously served as a Research Scholar at Stevens Institute of Technology, U.S., and as Data Science Lead at Supermind.
His research interests lie at the intersection of optimization techniques, graph theory, low- complexity algorithm design, and applied deep learning for intelligent communication networks.
