KU Leuven

I obtained my PhD in Electrical Engineering from KU Leuven, Belgium, in 2020. Immediately after completing my PhD, I was awarded a postdoctoral mandate through KU Leuven’s internal funding. This was directly followed by a three-year FWO postdoctoral fellowship, which began in 2021. Between September 2022 and February 2023, I spent six amazing months as a Fulbright visiting researcher at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), USA.

Currently, I am an Assistant Professor at KU Leuven, where I (co)supervise several national and international research projects, focusing on signal processing in non-terrestrial networks for joint communication and localization, and on sustainable Internet of Things (IoT). My main research interests are signal processing for distributed dense networks, localization with non-terrestrial networks, Internet of Things, and joint communication, sensing, and localization. More details about publications and research projects can be found on Google Scholar and ResearchGate.
